Rembrandtin Core Plate Varnishes
All Helios Group core plate varnishes are produced at Rembrandtin Lack. For more than 30 years, our Austrian production site has been a specialist in this field and holds a market leading position today. The company´s well known Remisol core plate varnishes are specifically developed for the electrical insulation of electrical steel with special emphasis on the environmental compatibility of the coatings. Their outstanding insulating properties reduce eddy current losses of electrical devices, thus enhancing their efficiency. The main advantages of Remisol core plate varnishes are excellent punchability, good weldability and annealing resistance. Remisol insulated core plates are used in motors, generators, transformers and other electromagnetic poles worldwide. For instance, Rembrandtin dry bonding core plate varnishes have been applied on the Transrapid magnetic levitation train in Shanghai. Our customers rely on our technical experience and appreciate our full-service and individual approach. We accompany our customers with tests on their line and sample tests in our laboratories in Vienna.
All products in the Remisol line are waterborne, 100% chromium-free and heat curing. They fully comply with relevant EU directives, such as RoHS (2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment). In line with REACH, Rembrandtin regularly tests the composition of raw materials in cooperation with suppliers, and is thus able to ensure that Remisol core plate varnishes do not contain any SVHC listed in the REACH Regulation.
